The performances and moves were thoughtfully and well directed and the setting was used beautifully. In particular, I genuinely feel that Mr Rolls is knocking on the door of "world class" and my favourite moment? - I would say any of the wonderfully lyrical items he gave to us last night.

Amy Lane

Artistic Director and Founder of Clockwork Opera.  

She commenced her career in Opera and Theatre as a Stage Manager, working in the West End for 3 years on AN INSPECTOR CALLS, for 4 years with DIVA OPERA and then for 4 years at THE ROYAL OPERA, Covent Garden where she also Stage Managed the BAFTAs.  

Amy moved into Directing in 2008 and has Assistant Directed:

As a Professional Mezzo-Soprano, Amy has sung for The Royal Opera, English National Opera, Opera Holland Park, British Youth Opera and even as a Backing Singer for Barry Manilow!  

Amy is married to event organiser & DJ Guy Stevens and they live both in London and Kent.

Ian Taylor

Managing Director and Co-Founder of Clockwork Opera.  

As a Stage Manager, Ian has worked on over 40 different Operatic Productions both for The Royal Opera and Glyndebourne and recently Stage Managed the 2009 BAFTAs.
